Combining 40+ years of Programme Management, Architecture & Consulting specifically in Dynamics 365 and its predecessors, our founders established ERPWorks in August 2023.
We are a unique advisory providing comprehensive project oversight and quality assurance to ensure the successful delivery of your Dynamics 365 initiatives. Our team meticulously assesses project risks, identifies potential bottlenecks and opportunities, offering strategic guidance to mitigate any obstacles along the way.

Our Founders
David Ruston
Founder and CEO
David is based in the UK with his wife Kate and 4 children. He enjoys regularly fishing and has recently started playing golf in his spare time. He has been working with Dynamics for 17+ years and has held almost every role within a project team during his career.
He is well known for leading Dynamics projects for organisation including Fortnum & Mason, Nando's Group, Pepco & Wahl. A team player David has also been engaged to provide Solution Architecture support for numerous other household names such as Microsoft, Ted Baker and Neptune.
Learning & development of people is David's passion and he supports this through his continued work as a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 2012. Maintaining current certifications in Dynamics as both a consultant and solution architect, David leads ERPWorks from the front!
Craig Da Silva
Founder and COO
Hailing from the vibrant city of Johannesburg, South Africa, Craig's personal life is enriched by the presence of his loving wife, Jo-Anne, and their adorable 2-year-old daughter, Georgia. Their little family is a source of joy and inspiration, motivating Craig to excel both personally and professionally.
He is an avid enthusiast of fishing and cycling, relishing every opportunity to embrace nature's beauty and tranquillity. The adrenaline rush from casting a line or cycling through scenic routes fuels his spirit, providing the perfect balance to his dynamic career.
Having lived in the UK for a few years, he was involved in numerous ground-breaking projects, leaving a trail of successful implementations and satisfied clients. Craig's results-driven approach and unwavering commitment to excellence have been the hallmarks of his career. His passion for technology and penchant for finding innovative solutions make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Dylan Meijer

Dylan shares his life with his beloved wife, Meagan, and their bundle of joy, newborn son Blake & their lovable chocolate Labrador, Lady.
